It fits my Dianese size 56 Jacket perfectly but when you want to put your head down behind the bikes screen with your chin on the tank you can't because the back protector pushes your helmet and you either push against it with your neck muscles or don't bother trying to ride in a sports position. Maybe I should of got the smaller size back protector but my other jackets don't have the same problem and they have full size back protectors. It's definitely the right size. It has no flex when it locks straight and it tries to push your helmet off. I had to take it out of my jacket. If you aren't wearing a motorcycle helmet it's great! But I bought it to ride a motorcycle so it's no good in a sports riding position. Touring would be fine.
